He's the kinda guy who will zoom 1200% into your work frothing at the mouth. So make sure you have some lovely little details in your submission!

Matt Holmes
Composed of 40% Tea, Matt is a print obsessed lunatic. (In all of the best ways)
Specialising in 3D Printing, Letterpress and engineering, Matt is studying a PhD exploring modern manufacturing processes in heritage craft. (Told you he was a lunatic)
He also helped create Miss Printed, sourcing original type blanks and even using one of his custom made presses to pull prints.

In short, be a human, be original and don't be a dick.

✅ Submit artwork in a square format (1:1) at a minimum of 2000px × 2000px
✅ Include your name, contact details and socials (So we can give you a proper shoutout if you win!)
✅ Include a copy of your Miss. Printed License (Just to make sure you’re not a pirate 🏴☠️)
❌ Don’t use Gen AI (We want your work, not a daft robot’s)
❌ Don’t Plagiarise anyone else’s work
❌ Don’t use any unlicensed Photos or Fonts.

Rules
This is a judged, skill-based design competition. You’ll get a creative brief and need to submit a piece using one or more Bracken products (in this case: 'Miss. Printed'). We’ll pick a winner based on creativity, execution, and how well you nailed the brief. No raffles, no random draws, just bloody lovely design.

If the deadline hasn’t passed, yes! Just get in touch. After the deadline, entries are locked in.
Not quite. The winner will get either:
Money towards / 1 ticket to a local Letterpress Workshop
or
the equivalent in store credit if a local Letterpress Workshop can't be found.
Entry Requirements
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
This competition is only open to residents of countries where such competitions are not prohibited by law.

We’ll share the date on this competition page. But it is usually within 2 weeks of the deadline.
We’ll email you directly. If you don’t reply within 5 days, we’ll sadly have to move on to the next person.
Prizes
The winner will get money towards / 1 ticket to a Letterpress Workshop in their local area.
No cash prize I'm afraid. The whole point of these competitions is to help promote the physical processed that our digital tools are inspired by.
We want to complete the process of Physical > Digital > Physical.
If there is no Letterpress Workshop available in your area then we will discuss other options. If there is nothing appropriate that we can find, then we will all be sad and give the same amount of cash as store credit.
Legal & Rights
Nope. You keep full ownership of your design. (Obviously, that would be gross if it wasn't the case)
But by entering, you’re giving us permission to share it on our socials, website, and emails to help promote future competitions, Miss. Printed and show off your good work.*

Only what’s necessary to run the competition. Like contacting you if you win. We won’t spam you or flog your info. Full privacy policy’s here.
Yes, if do any of the following then your entry will be discounted:
- Copy Someone else's work.
- Use Generative AI.
- Use a font or image that you don't have the appropriate license for.
- Don't use 'Miss. Printed' in your entry.
- Spread hate, harmful or generally nasty behaviour. (Just be a nice geez, it's easy)
